SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Shipping is enabled to:

United States
Canada
Australia

IF YOU ARE IN A COUNTRY THAT IS NOT ON THIS LIST (and NOT in the European Union or United Kingdom), please EMAIL ME at [email protected], and I will either enable shipping to that country or set up a custom order for you. 

I cannot ship to:
European Union (ALL)*
United Kingdom*
Ukraine
Russia

*Due to VAT laws and/or packaging regulations, UK and EU shipping is permanently restricted unless laws change, unfortunately. The only workaround is to have a friend in a country that I can ship to order for you. 



GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
 

All packages EXCEPT single stickers are sent out with USPS tracking. Purchases containing only single stickers (i.e. die cut stickers that are not on sticker sheets) are sent via letter mail WITHOUT tracking. 

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be marked as shipped. 

Estimated delivery times:
USA: 3-10 days 
Canada: 1–3 weeks
All other international: 1-3 months

Please allow extra time for packages to arrive outside of their estimated timeframe! I do not control the Post Office and shipping delays.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.



CURRENCY

All prices are in USD. Paypal and Stripe payments are accepted (Stripe preferred).


WHAT DO I DO IF I'M PURCHASING A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

If you'd like to ship it directly to the gift recipient, enter their address as the shipping address. Billing address and details are separate, and I do not include receipts in packages.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

All sales are final - there are no returns or exchanges after checkout. 

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

I do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages as I have no control over what happens after I drop off your package at the Post Office. Please keep shipping delays in mind if packages do not arrive within their estimated timeframe.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MISSING SOMETHING OR WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If you have received your package and there are missing/damaged items, please email me within one week of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged product (if applicable) at [email protected]


WILL YOU RESTOCK X ITEM?

Products can take anywhere from several weeks to months to restock based on when I can reorder, shipping times, etc. I typically post info about restocks on social media. Products marked [RETIRING] will not be restocked once sold out.
